Nicely detailed and designed. I really like the anatomy and expressions. Great looking teeth. Creepy as hell.

Gah! My skin crawls just looking at this monster. It's got a hairy, sticky, cancerous feel to it that really disturbs me. In a good way.

I like your use of various organic forms, and how well you mix them all together. The skin texture is very well done. The only thing I think could be improved is some overall outside light source that applied darker and more consistent directional shadows

Not that *I* could do that, just the critic in me coming out.
