That's not how a tattoo is supposed to be after a day or two! O-o

Like this. See, in the first pic, the girl is still at the place she's been tattooed.

Since mine is a solid white ink they said it would react differently than a normal one would

supposedly it is supposed to crust flake and maybe scab then peel off, and then it will fade to a yellowish color most likely

Never, ever let it scab and peel off. You want to keep it moist and not dry out using an ointment like bacitracin or similar. Scabbing and peeling is going to take ink out with it. A well done white tattoo will stay white when healed.

What do you mean by a well done white ink tattoo? I only ask cause I've been thinking of getting one. In most cases I hear that they don't stay white, they end up looking like a scar and on blacks they look greyish and then fade. However I have seen tats that look awesome in white, on both white and black skin and they look like they are gonna last just like a colored tat. I heard something about not using the white they use to highlight, but an opaque white like moms power white, I think? Thank you.

White ink on dark or black skin does not work. Ever. It might show up for a week or so, but will be gone when healed. It's just a simple fact of you can't go over a darker color with a lighter one. And on some people, they can end up looking pink once healed due to the blood in your skin. The lighter skin on the person, the better it's going to appear. Also, you can't get a tan on the area if you have one either. It's will fade much quicker than a normal tattoo. (Normal in the traditional sense of having a black outline, or shading, or color)
But, what I meant by a well done white tattoo, and I'm sorry A1Cshrapnel if this offends you...I certainly don't mean it to, but that one was not well done. There are clearly some areas not completely filled in. I can see needle marks along the edge where the shading was not completed correctly. Granted, white tattoos are harder for some artists as the blood mixing with the ink as it is being applied makes it difficult to sometimes see where they have already run the needle. In this case, some of it looks intentional, but in my opinion at this size it's ill advised.
And again I do not mean to offend you, A1Cshrapnel. And my comments should not reflect how I feel about your work, you're makeup is great! As is your Maul!

You're very right on that. But a big misconception, even from the artists themselves, is that you do not want it to scab over. Is it going to? Most likely even with the best care, sure, you're bound to get a little. The trick is trying to get it to do as little as possible. And if it does, let it come off naturally...don't pick at it. White tattoos are a little trickier to maintain while healing, but if some ink does come out during the healing process, your artist should be able to touch it up without any issues. Most will do it for free within a reasonable time frame (2 to 3 months)

cool, I think the only thing I have been worried about is that it is still raised and that some of the ink is almost puckering? like there are little creases, I know white tattoos are weird and it hasn't been oozing or flaking, the swelling is pretty much gone it is just a liiiight pink color around the tattoo but that is normal its just the ink that looks a bit funny, almost like it was etched in. :/
