Maker, Tora and Rika (c) =BubbleBummLong time no art. I decided to do something for my lovely watchers. :] Here is Rika Watanabe and Tora Uchiha. I wanted to show their main elements; Rika has Lightning and Tora has Fire. Not much to tell about them. Hopefully i'll make more if my time allows it.
It took me about a week.
