This is my contest entry forColouring is the hardest thing to do. Ever. I never want to go through this again xD Plus i have so many sketches of Lin because I was meant to submit something earlier // I'm so late ;0;
I wanted to give a summery-sunsetty more like sunrisey feeling which i don't know worked ;-; That's why there's orange everywhere xD Ahhhh, i had no idea how to blend the orange into the brown LOL. I stuffed that up badly and i'm disappointed that i did that with the hair because that's apparently my only saving point =.=
Himeta's eyes though. How does one colour eyes. HOW? I need to practise that xD
OH AND THAT HAND> I FORGOT HOW TO DRAW HANDS AFTER ALL THIS TIME AND //cries

Random clothes. I tried to uh, keep the colours the same xD It's also somewhat the same design, but since i made them younger i changed it a bit. Shorter hair too, hence the twin tails ;D You probably can't see ohmygosh

Anatomy is too hard lol. I like doing lineart..? I think, i don't know. I don't like colouring very much. I prefer doing shading because i can fix my lineart at the same time xD
Yeah~ I don't want to buy any more art materials though xD I think i will try to figure out Faber Castells. There are people who can use them so well ;0; I don't know how they do it //

I PRACTISED THIS COLOURING TECHNIQUE SO MANY TIMES. I didn't really practise drawing Himeta though so that's why she's a bit of a failure...
There's nothing good about the background though ;D

It's hair D: I didn't do very well with Himeta's hair though. I didn't practise with brown xD I only practised putting orange in red hair and it's kind of easier because red goes well with orange ;D

I love their smiles!!! This whole drawing screams precious <3 And the colours!! <33 and their hair!!! So flowy and soft looking and the colouring is gorgeous! I missed your colouring, it's been too long. Background is awesome!! How does one come up with ideas like that?
