i know what you mean about FAmily Guy. i only turn it on when it's like 4 am and i can't sleep and don't have work and half the time i end up turning it off because it's awful but sometime si end up chuckling or laughing my ass off (esp. the Shawshank Redemption parody)
i'm not sure which character you're referring to, but from your description, they certainly are similar.

REALLY? you had a cat named Milo? that's awesome!Sparkz is much more of a scaredy cat that Tres. XD Tres doesn't seem to be scared of anything at all. XD and he SHOULD BE but for some reason... XD
i was supposed to draw something else today, but i just can't shake this feeling so i'm going to draw Sparkz and Tres on more time tonight. (not sure if i'll finish it though)
i never thought i'd ever end up liking Tres, but there's something about him.. can't put my finger on it. maybe it's the teal color. XD

Adorable and funny collab, bro! Not surprised that Tres expresses his feelings for Sparkz in very weird ways rather than just telling him upfront...though I'm sure Sparkz would have that exact same expression if he knew of Tres' real intent, just for different reasons. XD

yeah... the more i think about how they interacted in the stories, the more these scenarios make sense in the long run... i guess Tres can't help but be Tres and one thing i like about him is he's not even apologetic about it.

You know I've wondered if Sparkz could possibly reciprocate Tres' feelings for him...though even if he would he might still react with the same 
I never picked up on it while reading their interactions in the stories (you know me, I was too focused on reading too much into Sparkz's interactions with his other 'buddy'
Tres is unapologetic about a lot of things, but this one thing is a heck of a lot more benign than many of the other things he's unapologetic about. XD
