Description
The second week's entry in my contest with myself .I'm still trying to figure out why the witch is mad at the little guy; my guess is he gives bad directions.
In other news, these are probably the best clouds I've ever painted, and I hope it wasn't just a fluke.
About 7 hours: Photoshop 7 and my stupid Intuos4 tablet (which is stupid).
