I loved this cartoon when I was a child and the couple Harley/Joker was my favourite at all.
She was childish but always funny and smart and recently I looked for all the comics about her. The best one was Mad Love, where it was explained how she became Joker's lover after leaving the Arkham asylum where she worked ad a psycologist.
More important, I've always wanted her black-red outfit

formerly Dr. Harleen Quinzelle, now Harley Quinn. I remember it was Joker that suggested the name change in the flashback. So many have gone by including Mad Love where she almost leaves him. Until he makes some sort of sappy gesture to change her mind.
As for the art, it looks so very much like her. Not quite Timmverse style, but darn close.
Would be nice to see the costume you plan to get to look like her.
