We often speak about his companions, but personally I always watch out for a mention of the Doctor's family. His "real" family. And it's a difficult work ^^

The Doctor and his weddings... He is an alien Don Juan. I only draw his love interests, not the fail weddings (Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth I, Cameca). About Rose, we don't know if they are married but she still is a important part of his life. I wait to know the mother of his children

It's rare to find a pic that has so many of them together, esp. what little we've seen of his blood relatives in the same fanart as the Ponds. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for this. I always thought there was something unappreciatedly massive about how he let the Ponds borrow the cot that was implied to have been a "family heirloom" where he kept his kids and grandkids in, and possibly one of the last mementos he has of his parents for their own baby. It says alot about how important they were to him.
I'd assume that the second protesting council member next to the mother was his father, the meteor shower guy, but we didn't get a good look at him anyways. Since Braxiatiel has also been an ambassador, that means the Doctor was the only scientist/engineer in a family of politicians, possibly an ancient, influential lineage, too. Although it seems that he tried his hand at activism as wel at some point (getting miniscopes banned despite the non-interference policy) Then again, it was implied that the Doctor might eventually take after Brax' example in a very different way and spent his retirement looking after an art collection of dangerous artefacts XD
EoT did seem to imply that Mommy dearest has been keeping up with his adventures to a degree. (She does tell Wilf how the TARDIs found its way onto that stained glass window) ; Looks like he got the serious, mysterious sides of his personality from her, which would mean that the silly genes must come from his father's side.
He's also mentioned an uncle in "Brain of Morbius", I think, and one might or might not count Vicky, Adric, Nyssa and/or Ace as adopted children. He's got hilariously bad luck with the (potential) in-laws, tho: Amy hit him with a cricket bat, Jackie nearly slapped his face off, I think there was some drama with the Pollards, too. The least eventful "meeting the parents" incident was probably the one where he neglected to wear clothes, much to the delight of Grandma Oswald....

I only drew the characters that we saw. I didn't have any representation for the other next members of his family. This is the reason why I didn't draw his other adopted children or his great-grandchildren.
If I put the Ponds, it's just because of River. If she is his wife, they are his stepfamily ^^

These are wonderful pics, I particularly love the pics with a stain glass feel.
That said, I feel the Tentoo is more like the Tenth's twin brother then he is his son. At least to me he is. Saying he's his son seems weird because then that means his old fling married his son. Just doesn't sit well with me.
So if Tentoo is his bro, then Rose is his sister in law and Jackie is .... Well she is something.

Really well done. I knew about the brother but not the great grand children, gonna need to listen to all the audios someday. And I'd be very surprised if Rose and the meta crisis doctor don't get married.
