Description
"Everlasting flame of blue" is the words in the incantation of the Ra Tilt. I think it is just like his calm but strong will.I have the impression of him which was influenced by the original Slayers novels and certain fanfics. Those fanfics written by QP/Diana. Her works may not be known by many people much now. Because it was written ten years or more ago. It was translated to several languages. English, Spanish and Korean etc.

In it, especially I like "Chronicle of A Chimera" and "In the Mornings of One Hundred Years". Zelgadiss and Rezo which QP portrays looks sometimes cruel but the essence is not only it. His inner change that was brought about various fateful encounters, the people who changed him, the time when he was able to change...
I'm glad your fave. I suspect my poor English is not understood. However, art can express my imagination. And it will bring to you some imagination. I am not satisfied with my skill, but there is not wall of the language and it is so fantastic.

I love how you did the background and his body, just think that his face just... don't fit there somehow... maybe it's too detailed and touched up as rest is more full of live(as if your hand worked on its own, and making face you started to think too much to make it look perfect...)

Ooh, Chronicles of a Chimera was the first FanFic I read and I loved. It opened my world a lot because before read it I wasnΒ΄t able to think more far than that Kanzaka wrote in the novels, mangas or anime about Rezo and Zelgadiss ^^

Certainly I do recomend to read it, too, Amber. I translated it into Spanish long ago because I found it was one of the best pre-Lina fics about Zel I've read. It's quite hard in some scenes, though.

Well, the picture is about certain Japanese fanfic by ~qpdiana . The story involves Zel and Rezo before Lina's events, and it's a quite interesting one. In fact, me myself, translated it into Spanish long ago. I just recomend it to you

Did you actually draw this based on 's fic? I'm the one who translated this wonderful story into Spanish. I'm very happy somebody else out there read it, and love it as much as I did, even if I never finished to read the full story.
