The cone skirt at the bottom is just a waste bin and can house the puppeteer controls. The other armored parts can come from existing toys like RoboSapien and Hitchhiker's Marvin. The claws we already know exist in toy form. And the eye glow and VTOL rocket can just be Photoshopped in. XD
