The field looks so small in comparison with the vast sky above.
I really like the clear and intense colours.
Also the clouds look so powerful.

Abstract is lovely.
Is it also possible for you to expand
on 'depend on the mood?'

LMAO. I get what you mean.
But I think sometimes we need abstract,
because it sort of builds on our creativity.

I like the plainness of it. Sometimes less is more, and this seems like a perfectly beautiful spring day.
I like the bright colors vs. the back part which has not yet bloomed into greens. It shows the lull between winter and summer nicely.
The one thing is, the grass seems a bit dark.
Lovely though regardless.

I really like how you made the sky the main focus of this piece. It really emphasizes the flatness of the land and the immensity of the Earth. Nice job with the exposure and the tones as well. I like how you can see the details in the grass, but yet that all the clouds are picked out against the blue of the sky. This shot makes me feel small, but in a good way.

I love the shadow of the cloud!!!!!!! Everything looks so green. Looks like a scene in a movie... a picnic scene. Like one of those English murder shows!

You're welcome.
The camera pans to the right... and slight patters of red start to appear. Screaming fills the speakers and a gushing stream of blood rolls down the grassy hill. Nah. Just kidding.

Hmm... I set it on Auto.
Perhaps I should just set it as 100 all the time? =/

a 100 or whatever the lowest value is. ISO can only be increased in extreme conditions

Hmm...
So there won't be any loss of quality or whatever?

I don't think so.
ISO is used in dark places when you don't have a tripod or in indoors where the lighting isnt great, so you could avoid out-of-focus photos

i like that you didn't lean towards the typical horizontal approach to the photo. there are so many times when you can totally capture so much more of the scene by shooting vertical and in this case your choice of vertical coupled with the framing with the vast amount of sky in comparison to the background is an excellent decision!

I disagree- I think this piece has a lot of impact! I love the ratio of sky to land in this pic, all those rolling clouds give it a very majestic feel.
