Heh...
Could it be an ashtray?
All that white circly bit with
the hole in the middle makes me
think it's some kind of container.

Maybe it's dumpling.
Because of the white folded bits.

Looks like a spoon, I think.
Your photos are beautiful but I find the DA watermark incredibly distracting. I understand your desire to protect your work but perhaps something a bit less intrusive would be better.

I have no clue what this is.. But i do believe that there is a lot of power in mystery, our lives revolve around knowing the 'truth' and the rationalisation of somethings that often don't have any meaning behind them. I don't know im in a rather absurdist mood right now..

It is quite easy to give something we've never really seen a sense of power. Like the fear of large animals, depending on how TV depicts them we could develop a prejudice against certain animals without ever actually having seen them.

I know you said it's not living, and for the life of me I can't think of what it is, (has been here for like five minutes), but it makes me think of a closed eyelid. It seems to match the title too, an eye closed off to the world. A bittersweet ending, to an otherwise tragic life. =/ I am depressing.
