for the res that it looks like you are going for, you could use a lot less polys, probably even half. I am seeing a large amount of poly's that are not contributing to the shape in any way as well as far too many radial edge loops. A character like this should not be anywhere near the poly count you have her at. 1500 tris should be your goal

Hey, nice model, quick tip, with slightly better unwrapping, you wouldn't need such a large texture, yet have similar detail, it'll save greatly on the frame rates
