They said they will do it, they just need time or something like it. I think they said we can expect it in 2011. I read this somewhere, but can0t find it anymore! :/

They did update druid forms a while ago. Well, the bear and cat at least. They do look a lot better now, so who knows, maybe it'll be better with others too. Especially in Cataclysm.
