Lights from roof are to strong. This type of lamps doesn't gives so much and strong light.

not sure i agree with the rug design, but i really like everything else, especially the window/ceiling shape. looks cool with a dark sky, too

Damn nice here. The design is really cool. The only things I can really "crit" on here his mainly 1 thing. The computer, kinda doesn't fit in the concept. You should'v placed some coffie mugs or some more common thing for the interior. Perhaps something more in between the 2 bigger windows at the right wall there, to fill up some negative useful space.
This is on of your best so far I must say, great job!

A beautiful render as always, even though the layout seems more like some lounge area rather than a condo, but still beautiful nontheless.
p.s. the "Luxury Apartment" was awesome too, its a shame u brought it down
