Looks a bit too boxy and the bolt does not have space to cycle, but I know its hard to make a 2D concept into 3D... usually the designer does not think in 3D and is happy that it looks good in 2D.

Good point...I might push the part blocking it a bit forwards so it's free.
By boxy do you mean "Not yet smoothed" or "too many square shapes"?
For instance, with the part of the receiver the bolt is resting on, you can see the edges of it, but I still need to soften those edges, and maybe add more, depending on how it looks.

By boxy I mean that a lot of parts are box shaped like the cheek pad would look and work better if it was cylindrical at the top, same with the pistol grip. Personally I would also round out the top and bottom of the butt parts, but still looks good as is.

I agree with Zeppi, especially about the grip part. Imagine a human trying to hold that - it would hurt their hand. If it was a very low poly model, it would look fine from far away, but since it's not a game model that should be rounded off. You can chamfer edges all over the place for a nicer look, but the handle really needs it to be functional.

It's not done though.
As I said, it's mostly just there as a very rough idea of what it should look like proportion wise.
