How AI Art generation is being used is art theft! Many artists had their work taken without consent. Generated art is being used as real products people can purchase without any credit or royalties going to the artists that made the work that the AI used. AI generation is harmful to artists and there needs to be better protections and regulations regarding AI generation.

BTW just think about this: If an AI makes a new song by sampling already existing music, it can't legally be sold because it would break copyright law. People can't even use like 5 seconds of music without risking copyright on places like youtube, so why the heck is it different for art, huh? Why should artists who spent years building skills and doing their craft be tossed to the side as a new tool is being used in an attempt to replace them. But AI generation needs art to make the amalgamations it spews out.
