But it's not Marshall. Marshall is in the tree. The person fionna jumped on is on the ground. Plus fionna is arguing with the person. From the last panel you can see Marshall isn't yelling and he is look down at the Fionna and the mystery person^_^
(He happens to be in the tree they are yelling under)

The mystery person is actually confusing a lot of people O,o but this is the first time I'm introducing someone besides fi and Marshall.
