The heavy weight of the Anaconda's coils, draped so elegantly and passively about her, felt almost like a thick blanket. Chi loved snakes... that was a fact; Yet her love for Anacondas was something that held an even greater truth. Sure, some of her new genetics came from these highly advanced marvels of nature, but that only strengthened the bond between the two predators. Four black eyes with twin acid irises gazed unblinking into the returning gaze of the snake, silently envying the pure genius and grace that Mother Earth had given the Anaconda, while wishing that she too had Her blessing... when she was only a mutated creation. She had many questions as to why the Mother permitted such an abuse of her power, yet a slow, almost contemplating, flick of her companion's tongue was the only answer she got.
