I was looking over your gallery when I cam across this older piece. I immediately noticed the character in the back uses a couple of character elements from characters created by Akira Toriyama. The head looks like Chrono from the Chrono Trigger game and the shoulder pads he wears looks just like the ones worn by the character Piccollo from the Dragon Ball Z series.
Was Akira Toriyama an inspiration for you?

These were actually not my design but a friend of mine at work. This was a cover for his series. But I guess you could say Mr. Toriyama started my love for anime/manga, though I didn't adapt his style. I guess, the friend who designed these were influenced by him.

alam kong may masasaktan ako sa pagsasabi ko nito pero sa totoo lang, yung cover nah gawa niyo yung nagustuhan ko.. ng binasa ko nah yung manga mismo, mejo.. uh... na-disappoint ako sa drawing..
