Contest: 2ND ANNUAL-ish Deviation Title Contest!!!Every deviation (in my humble opinion) deserves a great title - that is the idea behind this contest....

I am going through a bit of bad luck this past week...I believe I slipped a 2nd disc in my lower back, and then, yesterday, I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled because of a bad toothache...an all around crappy week!!

I hope you're doing better now? My week has been bad for different reasons. Not nearly as bad as yours though! So yes, I had a better week than that!
You're really tall, right? Does that make you prone to back injuries? My granddaughter has a friend who's dad is really tall and he had all kinds of problems with his back.

Thanks Anj! At this point I'm only able to lay down, or be upright. I cannot sit for more than a few minutes. I go see the doctor today but am not hopeful about what he will say - but I need a note for work, if I am going to be off for much longer (I sit at a desk all day for my job). I know how to take care of the injury, as I've been through this before, and been dealing with it for years. He will prescribe some pain pills, which I will accept, but probably will never take. Being tall plays a part - yes, but everyone in my family has a bad back, and all the sports i played when i was younger did not help either (hockey, lacrosse, baseball, soccer, squash, etc). Overall though, I am a lot further ahead than where i was last week at this time, so I'm hopeful to be back to work in a week or two.
I hope whatever troubles you are having are getting better?
