Personality: She is reserved and stubborn, and not quite confident...Unless it is behind a screen or paper. She has a soft side, but tends to not show it very often in fear of being hurt again. Masumi comes off as stoic occasionally and labeled as shy. But, she is passionate about the things she loves. She is kind of a hot-head, and when at her limit will blow up a fuse. Her patience is thin, and she is outspoken due to her fear. She is friendly towards animals, though they don't always reciprocate. Despite her personality, her handwriting and papers have cute lettering and doodles on the page (mostly on personal notes..or papers written for the Broadcasting club).

Biography:
  In elementary school, she was a cheery sociable girl! She had lots of friends both male and female. Once when she was going to find her friend, she overhead him talking with some other boys...
"Do you like Takagawa?"
"T-takagawa-san?..."
"He totally does! Look how red his face is!"
"N-no! I...I wouldn't like someone so ugly! She looks like a boy!"
  The words echoed through her mind, and she couldn't forget them. From that day on, she distanced herself from everybody...She became quiet...more reserved as a person. By junior high, you would hear rumor about ghosts and possessed girls....Those were usually about Masumi. Despite her teachers asking if she was okay and inviting her to join groups after school that would help her make friends, Masumi would always decline and say that she enjoyed the peace and that it helped her keep her grades up (which helped her be able to skip up a grade). She would continue to tell this lie to everyone and herself. By high school, she had completely convinced herself that she did not need friends at all. She spent her entire first year in the background, most didn't even realize that she was in their class anymore. She had joined the broadcasting club to look good on her transcripts, no one noticed her there really except the president that year.
  At home, she is a latchkey kid. At home, her room is tidy and neat. At home, she tries on cute things she has bought but will never wear outside the safety of her own room. At home, Masumi is where she can be honest with herself.
