Every time I go stargazing, it just overwelms me how vast, and AWESOME the world is!But we're made out of stardust too. So I guess what I'm trying to say is, we're pretty cool : )

This is such a beautiful picture! the commissioner was so lucky to receive it! I love the diamond motif and the way you used the red scarf and the white light hitting the character to make them stand out against the sky~ It's so calming to look at!

for the 3d effect I can't remember the exact link, but I think I just googled '3d effect photoshop' and got a video tutorial. Try it and lmk if you can't find it!

I really love the way you drew the skies the the stars look so pretty! I myself have never actually seen a 'starry night sky,' since I live in a place where only a few are present at a time, if any. But I still think your picture captured its brilliance ^ ^

omgg you linked to the boom de yada song. and stargazing is such a humbling experience, like everytime I get the chance I feel so tiny and insignificant (but not in a bad way?). It sucks that I can't see as many stars where I live because of heavy light pollution.

Ahh omg I feel you sis. I totally feel the same way while looking at anything nature. Forests, the ocean, stars, it just makes me feel so humbled at how completely vast and endless the world is. And it inspires me to do my best to leave a mark on the world, if it makes sense haha. I think if everyone took some time to experience the universe and just realize how small we are, the world will be a better place...am i even making sense anymore oops
I miss stars too ;_; I think I only saw the milky way once, while really far into the wilderness. I really recommend going somewhere at least an hour away from the nearest city. It's super beautiful!!!!

I agree! I feel like everyone is always trapped in their own world of problems, so it's always nice for me to realize that there's such a vast world of nature out there. haha idk, i'm not making much sense either

Ah I saw the milky way once too! It was on a school camping trip really far out from any city. A lot of people were really amazed, especially the international students from China who said that the pollution was really bad there.
