disclaimer, ignore the rambling comments, i was tweaking on addy when i uploaded this, and i couldn't help spewing every thought that could be dredged up from the recesses of my (sub?)conscious thought. But in a way, it's kinda funny so i'll leave it the way it was first written.

If you're wondering, I don't play DnD. Some friends of mine do though and they asked me to draw their characters. I do think some of the DnD-universe concepts are interesting, though; and logically, dragon-men fall under the rule of cool seamlessly.

Just a normal Dragonborn, from what I can gather from the owner and on dA and Wikipedia (which has so much information that it is hard to find what you're looking for, as far as DnD is concerned).

This DB's name is Kriegsheld, his class and further details on his appearance were unspecified. The owner just said, 'draw an antrho iguana with a scar from his nose to his left ear, and a big sword and shield.' He insisted that the db's only shortcoming is an extremely weak bladder. (I like to think that the shield's name is Craig...)

I would have put a symbol or something for 'Bahamut the dragon-god' into the armor, since he's responsible for dragonborns' existences, but I couldn't find a description or picture of any so-called 'logo...' Schade. What I did find was that there are waaaaay too many different pantheons of gods that *actually exist* in the DnD universes. Too many creative forces for comfort, competing for the loyalties of a still-meagre population distribution of each of the billions of races/species... yikes.

I regret adding the watermark, but it's not my character, so its only fair. I don't really worry about people 'stealing' my stuff for ideas and inspiration since i do it all the time (guess whose designs for strappy leather armors i ripped off?), but at the same time this isn't my stuff, so i'ma guard it like a rottweiler.

Hope you like it, keep watching my stuff for a finished/colored version of this (this is just a work in progress, remember) some more DnD requests (a tiefling, a half-orc and an eladrin or two) and some revamps of random DnD monsters I stumbled onto while browsing around Wikipedia. Also look for what i'm planning to be an (artnouveau-ish) "portrait" of a doodle-turned possible-future-character-of-mine. Let's just pray that it puts out, for as much as I've been wining and dining it.
