The flowing hair is lovely, and she has a beautiful face . I also like the poster-like composition with the title being part of the picture. It feels like a complete artwork, as opposed to most other character drawings around here which seem a bit unfinished in comparison .

As for improvements, I'd say the skirt folds could use a redraw, right now it seems a bit like a balloon more than real fabric - but I know it can be tough to get those right, it's mostly a question of experience. You can only get that in time by observing other artworks and trying to imitate them. Focusing on where the light comes from can also help.

I had fun and I definitely agree with you on the skirt, drawing folds in fabric has never been a strong piont of mine :/ and I was already questioning the sketch before inking the skirt but I didnt want to second guess myself so I went ahead with it but all in all Im happy with the rest of the picture even though the skirt looks like a stink'n pumpkin lol again thanks for comment I really appreciate it
