Ric's younger brother, and the victim at a very young age of an appalling superstition. His left eye was removed as a good luck charm. He adjusted well to his impairment, but when he discovered that it was a major setback for professional aspirations he became very embittered. He was always something of a "tough guy." Where Ric had the brains, he had the muscles. He hates to be stuck behind the protection of a high status in the crime family, so he frequently goes with hitmen and knee-breakers to help them out.

In spite of his fierce reputation, he has a tender spot in his heart for children. He's immensely protective of them, partly due to his own mutilation when he was too small to fight back. He has even killed one of the family's thugs to prevent it. He also quashed a hit plan on Captain Samsung's house several years ago, since Desiree would have been home when it was scheduled to happen. Ric is very tolerant of these happenings; he's not as adament in keeping innocents out of the crossfire, but he respects his brother's morals in the matter.
