Meet Spiritlock. Originally he was going to be a Otterman variant but when I was thinking of Otterman wearing a Dracula costume, thus Count Otterman was created. So, here Spiritlock’s bio.

Name: Felix [last name unknown] (Commonly referred as Mr. Blue for an unknown reason)
Powers: Fear inducement, soul manipulation (uses the Jack-O-Lantern to suck up souls), illusion, scythe, hook, nightmare manipulation, and clairvoyance (but it only happens when he is in dreams)

Backstory: Spiritlock, or Mr. Blue, is a very mysterious man. Nobody knows his story. But the most common theory is that he was a man who worked in a graveyard. He would sometimes use witchcraft and one day, someone saw Mr. Blue doing a ritual of some sort and this would cause people to form a angry mob and they would execute him. However, they didn’t know Mr. Blue was using a spell that would revive him as a ghost. Every night in October, when Halloween was near, Spiritlock roams the graveyard, wanting revenge on those who snitched on him. The United Superhuman Agency of the World (USAW) are still investigating about Spiritlock’s story but only one thing that they know and would find out is his real name, Felix.

Yes, another scary story but I’m using some of my mysterious and Halloween-like characters for OC-tober. Also I made more characters, The Stone Sentinels (maybe I’ll get to them after #3), The Four Catastrophes of Rafarogon (I’ll explain about Rafarogon when we get to the Stone Sentinels or when I do the lore), and The Loyal League (The British version of the Unity Legion (now I’m officially calling the team Unity Legion).

Anyways, I’m planning on releasing my Hazbin Hotel OC for #3 but the thing is I haven’t gotten the chance to sketch him but it doesn’t matter as I’ll be working on him.
