Personality: Extremely gullible. Over excitable. Quite shy and quite, will often hide away if overwhelmed. Will easily warm up to you. Otto is very stubborn, says its determination, but no... When they do have remark, it'll be to a reference no one would understand. Has troubles finding pals, its up to you to be the good person and make them less anti-social. Otto can have moments or episodes of sass, random joint cracking, awful sarcasm, random loon calls, rolling shoulders back to resemble a bird, making one feel short even though they are most likely taller, purposefully a topic to "debate" on... generally losing. Even though Otto seem nice its fairly easy to make her stress or laugh at a situation. All in all, this rather odd one can appear like a dork at anytime.

likes: aquatic things, rain, space, aliens, concepts, fog, friends, technology, collecting things.
Dislikes: The heat, neglection to anything, horse flies, biasm, anything unfair

Strengths: Has good endurance whether walking or running. Otto's size allows them to fit into small spaces easily. A quick learner
Weaknesses: Not very fast. Can have trouble comprehending things. Size makes certain tasks quite hard.

LOL I've been into Plague doctors and wanted to do something with that
I originally had this peep as a secondary character for my lil empire with my other human, Tosh

I made Otto an 'it' because if I didn't have the infamous water balloons of a chest.
I mean
I swagger
like a dude
because I have wide shoulders
and almost no hips
and my hair ain't really considered girly
perks of being a nerdy tomboy~

So take Otto as a character and a persona
it can switch from time to time xD
so yeah
Thats why a few things are off with the info, I'm placing it with Tosh's thing

basically, its post-apocalyptic
The government started an army with peri-dish babies, customizing them for needed divisions
Medical
Tech
Mech
etc
Tosh is a loyal kid-soldier and is quite good at her work
Otto on the other hand, believes its a mix up, saying that they belong in the Mech division, so they keep trying to convince Tosh to help em out
and other things

Plot twist: I did that on purpose
this was my old colouring style back from last year when I first got say
omfg Gly's bday is like 40 days away omfg
why medical? because irl famjam wants me to be a doctor LOL
so plague doctor base fits well
