♔Personal History:
RTO had a completely normal and dull life. His parents being surgeons, had taught him the skills so he would follow in their footsteps. However he didn't really like the idea to live life as a repeat of his parents life. even though he had thought that, his life remained boring. Years later, with hesitation, he ran away from home to find a more interesting life and changed his name and looks so his parents could never find him. As he lived on his own with the name RTO he became the man he is now, not regretting anything, until technology took over.

♔How and Why they joined the rebellion:
Once Code X happened, RTO rushed to find his parents again hoping they'd be fine, however once he found them he found his father had passed away, and his mother had turned into a Pawn. Knowing he could turn her back, he found out about the rebellion and decided to join. Even though it may not seem like he serious in it, he's secretly in it to save his mother, and to prevent anymore casualties like his father.
