My Entry For The Heroes and Villains Pageant.
It's Silver Banshee, from Superman.
Out of all the villains out there I chose the one that would be the hardest to doll
All in all I think she came out well, considering I had to make two different white palettes to use. Silver Banshee belongs to DC Comics.
