I used this base [link] as a referenceAnyways this is my flying eeveelution...i have no clue on what to call it...
It didnt really turn out the way i wanted it to but i guess this will do until i decide to re-design it.
Edit: Both Zozyrox and HotnCold8906 thought of the name Drifteon and i actually like it. It fits the eeveelution perfectly!
