I lost a dearfriend due to complications from this disorder...I never assume the persona in the poem and the poet are the same...I too write poetry, and often I invent characters...if you read "Execution" and realized the narrator commits suicide in th poem, well the poet, that's me, is not dead yet, so...
the advice for professional help is just as valid if the person ill with Bulemia is a friend...seek professional help so you can help your friend...I didn't.

~FindTheJadeSatan ... your post was uncalled for. I went and read his comment to you, and it's obvious to me that he did not intend to be rude or nasty, or judgemental either. It was good advise for whoever the poem was written about ... you did not state that it was not about you, therefore there are many who would assume it was. And even if it was ... nobody is judging you. We all have our own problems, some worse than others ... the trick is to deal with it and not lash out at those who show you sympathy. Let's let this end here as we don't need nasty postings all over a million people's pages ... And for the record, I've had some experience dealing with this particular problem - if you or your friend would like any advise then please feel free to note me in private for a chat.
