I love the idea of pairing a mermaid with a winged creature. I could have easily done it with angels, but I wanted a more neutral creature, so I sided with the Winged Ancients from the Legacy of Kain games.
I have (at least) 2 more drawings of Mermaids and Vampires; still trying to decide a storyline for them.

I definately love drawing mermaids with winged creatures/having both. I drew one picture YEARS ago of a winged angel... man so bad.
But I am VERY interested to hear more from you about this storyline that you're working on!
I would for sure follow everything you create based upon it.
