Hi, thanks for your long and very kind comment, I do love when people express themselves in detail, developp their thinking. I try to paint the way old masters did, but keeping in mind that we are in the 21st century. My reference goes from Frank Frazetta and Jeff Jones to Symbolism and Renaissance, so, I take great care in composition, anatomy, lights, shadows, color...all add to create a whole, which is the painting, though all of these things are only tools that must be used to build your image in order to express a message, for the Art is the artist´s vision, and without personal vision / message, there is no art, no matter how well the painter paint. Many of the artwork of my gallery is professional or from artschool, the anatomy research you´ve like so much was done to learn anatomy. It is part of the process of learning, and accurately done though it is not art as I see it, though I´ve upload it here in order to help others, for I guess that it can help others to learn bones, muscles, etc, and it also show my progression in the field of art from learning to get mastering techniques. Many artwork here are very old and shows to people how I ve been progressing, so I guess my gallery is very honest and show personal work, professional and scholar as well as a timeline progression, though I am in the process of digitalizing my artwork and my work here is not chronological. Paintings from the 90´s are exhibited with painting from 2008 at their side. My gallery try to show too the many fields, and techniques, I ve explored in the world of art. I am so glad you like it. ^^

Hi hon, thanks you so much for loving my skulls. I guess a good illustrator must know anatomy, so I studied bones in school very intensively. All the drawings you see were created using a real skeleton as a model, that we had in the fine art school when I was studient. I am so glad you appreciate this work, and my research on this field.
