# About me

Art can make us look with wonder at the world around us, as well as teach us. I create art to foster appreciation and knowledge of the natural world, and inspire people to support conservation measures. I am a graduate of the University of Washington's Natural Science Illustration program, and have taught visitors of all ages about nature in zoos, aquariums, and museums for over 15 years.

I also love to create art that celebrates the arts that I love... which means I do fan art just for fun!
