No I havent been there but I wish to one day. So do you speak Uyghur and Mandarin? Just curious, are Uyghurs Turks? Your English is really good, where did you learn that?

yep,i speak both uyghur and mandarin^^ Uyghurs and Turks are really related to each other,share similar culture and language. I've been here in beijing since high school,and it's my 8th year now.I've learned english at school,still have alot of problems with my grammer and writing^^ hope to improve it soon^^.And it's grate to know that there are some ppl out there care alot about my hometown and my nation.So what about you? what do you do ?where did you learn about xinjiang and Uyghurs? and hey^^ if you come to beijing or xinjiang ,i'll show you the town.

Oh I see, the Uyghur culture and langauge is interesting, this is why China is such a interesting country to visit one day=] One more question, does the Uyghur language use Persian-Arabic alphabets or Turkish alphabets? Me...I just finish school and looking for a job and waiting for my university results, I learnt about Xinjiang from some newspaper articles and the Uyghurs from history books. Thank you for the offer=]...I will make sure you keep your promise...I see you have msn, I'll add you, is that okay? It would be cool to have someone from Xinjiang to talk to

sure, I never had any msn friend outside of this country^^add me!It's an honor. yes we use alphabets which have evolved from Persian-Arabic alphabets.but it's much more different now.I have tons of photographs from Xinjiang haven't uploaded yet,cuz the system of DA is so slow... but i can sent you some of them ,if you want to take a look^^
