She looked up at his face for a quick moment, then closed her eyes as though she were thinking a complicated thought. "hmm,,, nothing much either." she replied in a cheerful tone. Quickly she skipped to his side, and similarly leaned against the wall. "Just looking for to kill some time." She giggled while imitating the man's movements. "The name's Ai, Aishinju."she said in her deepest 'cool-guy' voice, and then immediately switched to her normal high pitched voice. "And I'm just waiting for my brother to come back from the mechanic."

The man nodded to her. "Ah, you waiting all alone?" He raised a brow, "That's a bit strange." He threw his cigarette onto the ground, putting it out with his boot. "I'm a Mechanic myself, pretty nice one too." He looked to her, "Just how old are ya?" He asked.

"Haha, of course I'm not alone-alone. You're obviously here!" she stated as though it were a matter of fact. "oh, but while my brother's doing errands I usually fly 'solo'."
She propped herself off of the wall. "Oh! you're a mechanic too! Well that's wonderful then! We were just in need of a mechanic to help fix our jet plane."
"And my age, you ask?" She furrowed the brows on her youthful face, contemplating whether to answer. "That's a secret," she replied, bouncing away a little further from his side."don't you know you are never ask a lady her age -Not that I can be considered a lady, my brother always calls me a little gremlin- besides, you haven't even told me your name." She grinned at him, waiting for a reaction.

He was overtook by answers and questions. He rubs his forehead and sighed "Um, Well. My name is Kioshi...Kioshi Susuku. I'm 22...work for my grandfather..." He said before he placed his hands in his pockets.

"Haha, well you're quite the honest man Mr. Kioshi Susuku. I approve of you." Ai replied in her normal bubbly voice. At that moment she flipped out a calling device and swiftly dialed a number, only to immediately encounter an irritated voice on the other line. "AI. Where in the world are you!?? I told you to wait at the plane, but obviously when I get here with the mechanic you're gone. Well, we're ready to adjust a few parts so come back now. And don't wander around anymore." The line cut off abruptly, and Ai sighed. "Aw darn. I'm sorry but it seems the mechanic job is out of commission. Well, it was nice meeting you!" Ai gave him a salute, sprinted down the street and turned into a small alley.

He watched her leave before he leans back on the wall and digs around in his pocket for another smoke. He pulled out one a lights it. He put it into his mouth and looked around

A black motorcycle shot out of the alley with its out-of-place rider. A black helmet covered the rider's face, but the rider was considerably petite in size and wore a pink summer dress under the leather jacket. As it zoomed past Kioshi, the familiar cheery voice rang from behind the helmet, "See ya Kioshi!!" And Ai was gone.

Really, great work. It's so inspirational and I'm so thankful you're sharing it with everyone on the DA community.
