of course. did you paint this? because it looks fantastic! i love how the colors are expressed on the dog and cat and that way you put just enough detail in the setting to make the scene but kept certain parts black to move the focus to the main elements - the 2 creatures and the person.

there's a lot of room for interpretation though, which is another reason i like it. what did you intend for the viewer to discern from the painting?

Hahahaha, sorry to disappoint you but actually it just photo shop! And really all I did was put my face in there, the dog, and the cat. But I guess it is compliment that you thought it was real! The original was called "The Nightmare" by Henri Fuseli.

And I was inspired to do this because I own a dog, as seen in the pic, and the cat, well I did own a stray cat, but I absolutely hated that thing, it was sick, and it poop everywhere, and I would puke everytime I tried to clean it up!!! It was a nasty cat!!! But it died, and mind you, I did not kill it, even if I hated it for everything I got. It died due to sickness, and now since I was mean to it, I would have these strange nightmares, and I have been having them for quite awhile now, and I blame the cat! And of course me photoshopped in that woman was just for humorous kicks!
