Hello. I had a concept but I do not know an artist with the talent to fulfill my vision.

The owl is a fantastic example of feathers altering the overall appearance of an animal. The comment about dinosaurs made me desire to see how the bone patterns of these long gone species could look with a larger, more robust pattern than those I saw with a quick google image search.
The usual "paste colors and smoothed down feathers" hardly shows much imagination or variety.
You don't know a bird expert do you?
