have others making these snapshots from the same game been blocked, have all the videos of snapshots on youtube been removed, no, why, besides others are doing this. I may be wrong, but, I want to show these to the world because some are funny, or cool, and people like these screenshots, many have favorited them, and I'd say they actually promote the game, and I give Nintendo full credit, and I remember calling the support line of Nintendo to tell me how to upload these, and they didn't say it was bad that I uploaded them, may not have been bluntly since I didn't ask, but they didn't. If I am wrong, what should I do, Delete them all?

Then why haven't we been charged finds for doing so? I once called Nintendo themselves to see if they could tell me how to upload these, they didn't say there were copyright issues for doing it, and let alone, how would I be coping anything? I give them Full Credit. Besides, people enjoy these, and I think they actually promote Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

I honestly do not take your word that you have called Nintendo themselves, not only is it impossible to do so but I do not think that they will take the time to talk to someone who wants to do something as simple as posting game screenshots on an art site, I seriously doubt that.

Regardless if you give them credit, this site does not allow you to upload images that you have not done yourself. Please refer to the Copyright Policy if you do not believe me.

As well as everyone else who posts these types of photos, and if you've herd of Team Fortress 2, people make plenty of screen shots of that game, and post it on its producer site "Steam" [link] , just see community. And on Youtube, people post the pictures there, and youtube doesn't remove them. so I see no reason why I can't post these snapshots here.

Three words, Art of photography, I admit, I didn't make the 3-Dimensional places to take these photos, but I did it none the less. And I bet your going to say something like this. "you "take" photos", well others take them too. If it was in Photography, you have it wrongfully categorized. And it would appear that deviantART did not happen to detect the fact that you used a camera-like system.

Those are screenshots, not photos. Although you are able to take "photos" by snapping a photo from the game itself, it is still not meant to be posted on an art site.

Just because it was meant to be something else doesn't mean we can't post them, we're simply putting cool snapshots on here because we know they will be seen. Also, bear in mind this was in a game, so its all digital, so I put it under the category of "digital". And I appreciate your concern for me, otherwise you wouldn't be alerting me about your opinion of copyright issues, but this doesn't harm you at all, I'm only hurting myself if I'm doing this, if I wish take the risk, who is anyone to deny me. Now I'm aware that DeviantART can block me, or Nintendo can file a lawsuit on me, but they don't. Why is that, I don't know, but as I previously stated, can we stop this inane arguing over our opinions, it getting late where I come from, but I don't wish to start on the wrong foot with you, (not saying I want to be friends, I prefer to say not wanting to be enemies).
