I declined the story because you already had a story in the feature folder. The rules has stated: "2. Please do not post multiply pieces of your work in the feature folder
3. The feature folder is for showing off one picture for any random artists" This includes in writing.

During that time you already had a piece of work up in the feature folder, and you were requesting to post up another one in the same folder. That why it was declined. And it lasted so long because the submitted work needs at least 2 votes for either an acceptance or a decline. When no one else voted it just expired.

If you post multiple pieces of work on the group then put them in the right folder, it will still show up as newest submission.

It was not declined, it was ignored/expired.
It is the only section you can submit to....

Might change that.

Even with my group I know to move things to the proper section once someone submits it or offer more sections to submit to.
