Welcome to DA! Some useful advice? You must've found the little menu on your userpage, but that's about the most useful place on the site, other than the customizable bar at the top. DA will pretty much guide you through stuff--just mess around with it, you can't break it and you'll find out a ton of stuff.
BTW, I was riding today! It was really fun, I went over the cavaletties, but now I'm really sore.
