No, never say that! It's not right to compare art of 2 different people
At the first, because of different personalities and, at the second, because of different experience
Art quality doesn't depend on your drawing potential, it depends on how many hours and even years you've spent on it
Just keep up practice and be sure that one day someone will look at your work and say "OH MY GLOB YOU DRAW LIKE GOD"
