Oh, she's an OC of mine who's design is based on my personal avatar. Viola.
Veolia is rather the "good side" of Viola. And quite frankly the someone from a paralell dimension where everyone lives in peace forever. She's obsessed with cute things, and annoys her boyfriend with it too.

Tuco is an Henchman 1000 prototype robot. And the bad side of Henchman 1000.
Everytime he tries to look like a creeper, Veolia still finds him handsome.
Needless to say, he doesn't take Veolia's words very well that she wants to become a mother. Wich makes him think of "the loss" and get's his emotions out of control.
