Honestly? Because I had a brush with sexual molestation when I was 13. I know not all loli/shotacons are child molesters, but I just can't justify even thinking about children in a sexual manner. Seeing children sexualized in any way makes me physically ill. Not even close to kidding. Well, if you have Photoshop, I believe you go to Image > Resize > Image Size. You might want to crop the picture in question, so you can get it to an appropriate size without blurring the hell out of it. I'm pretty sure you can resize in Paint, something about "Image Attributes," I think. I dunno, I don't have Paint on this computer. Hope that helps!
