# About me

My name is Jonathan. I am 20 years old, and I am a self-taught artist. I have been steadily improving on my art my entire life. When I was in my sophomore year of high-school, I was admitted into a mental health facility for a period of time. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and mild schizophrenia. There, they helped me realize that I could use art as an emotional outlet, and they encouraged me to pursue it as a career. Since then I have had my sights set on becoming a successful freelance artist. I eventually seek to attend CALarts as an experimental animator, if life permits it.
