any more but because some losses have occurred and I am doing
my best to grieve healthily and take care of myself. I've been
doing a lot more soul-searching via outdoor exploration, en plain air
art, and more exercise/nutritional changes. I am more active on IG
but hopefully I can feel the motivation to come up here again.
