I love Samurai Champloo! I haven't watched Wolf's Rain yet though. 

I would argue that Trigun is just as good as Bebop

Even though i don't really like the " Giant Robot" genre of anime...i still like Big O..

I'm not really a fan either, I can't name individual shows, but they all come of as "whiny teen pilot beats the shits out of other robots and is waaay too pretentious and whiny" Although that might have been just one show that left a bad taste in my mouth. 
But Big O is awesome, like Batman tas with robots. 

I've heard of Berserk before, I've never gotten around to watching it though.
