Hey tragedy, thanks for replying. Only two have reported this problem, afaik. You and him both have 64-bit version of Vista.
Another themer by the name of Sweatyfish had this to say when I questioned the problem:
"is this only happening on x64? i know 64bit has issues sometimes with the alpha transparency of styles made on 32bit. I would suggest opening the resource in paint.net, add a new layer, merge down (flatten) then resave it as a 32bit .png. Then import it into VSB.
From what I see, it looks like an x64 issue."
I am hoping this is the issue, because I am not having this issue on x86. This is the last bug I need to squash before I make different variations of the theme. I fixed all the others, but this one is driving me nuts.

The only way I know how to bring that indeterminate bar up is to "Check for Updates" under the Windows Update panel.

Np, you made an awesome theme. I think I've tried just about every Vista theme there is and always switch back to regular aero shortly after because something isn't right with it. But not with this theme!

Sadly it didn't. I posted more in the theme page. I tried Round and Sharp with both shell styles. Round was fine but Sharp had the problem with both shell styles. Turns out I also have a problem with the progress bar some one else mentioned. I think it's the progress bar you see when a program hangs. I don't remember what caused that progress bar that I saw though, if I get it again I'll let you know.

Hopefully swapping the cookiecrumb cue in Sharp to the one in Round will fix that.
As for the progress bar, does it only affect certain areas? Or was that the only progress bar you have bumped into?

It's only a certain progress, I have yet to figure out what causes it to show up.
If I'm transferring a file to my external hard drive or a thumb drive the progress bar is just fine. One thing I can say is the progress bar that shows up constantly goes around and around, it's not a normal progress bar like when you're transferring a file to an external hard drive or something like that. I hope that makes sense...but it probably won't until you see it for yourself.

Well at least now we've isolated the problem, as someone else mentioned it affecting only that and the pictures I received all point to the same type of progressbar 
I will have to see whats up with that. Either I screwed up some of the margin properties there or VSB did something funky with the alpha channeling.
You might notice it looks the same as it does on Vista Aero. That's because every time I imported my own, there were terrible gradient banding. :S So I settled with Vista Aero's for now. The regular progressbar seems to work fine, though
