Well what i was thinking was that we could be going to Hogwarts, and it just turns out the doctor is the new defense against dark arts teacher! and (depending on which doctor) his companion is going to Hogwarts too! Now the question is, which doctor? (i say 11 because i love him more!)~

Emma was nervously excited, she was nervous to see what house she would be in and she was excited for making new friends and such. She was at the back of the line which she did not like. Her hair was in a ponytail so it wouldn't be ALL over the place, she realized that she was walking kinda fast and she bumped into the girl in front of her.

Charlotte turned around and gave a strange look to the girl who bumped into her. "Watch it..." she muttered. Realizing that she wasn't behaving very nicely, Charlotte shook her head and said, "Sorry, I tend to speak before I think. I... I'm just really nervous and anxious for today... you know? I can't believe it, though. I'm gonna get sorted, and I'm gonna have to be at this school for seven years, and I'm gonna learn about magic... and all that..." Once Charlotte realized she was just babbling on and on, she put her hand to her forehead and spoke, her eyes closed, "Sorry. Again. I tend to go on and on about things like this always."

Emma blushed and nervously smiled, "I-it's ok, my name is Emma." she said offering a hand to shake, "Its always good to start off the school year with some friends right?" she never had real friends before, except for one time. She realised that they were making there way to the front of the great hall as well...

Charlotte took Emma's hand and smiled as she shook it, "Definitely. I'm Charlotte, by the way." As she pulled her hand away they stood in silence for a second before Charlotte asked, "So.. are you a muggle-born? Or are you pure-blood? Because I'm a half-blood and I'm sort of confused by what's going on," she shrugged, "My dad never really explained to me what things are like in the world of wizards."

Emma perked up instantly "Oh! i am a Muggle born, and i looked it up we are going to be sorted into our destined houses." said Emma getting ready to explain. "Gryffondor is for the most brave, Ravenclaw for The most intelligent, hufflepuff for the hard workers, and Slytherin for the ones with cunning." she smiled, after her long explanation they were at the front of the great hall now. She could see all the teachers siting together at the front, one was acting strange he was sticking his finger in his goblet and licking his finger with a disgusted face. His brown hair was slightly flipped to his left side, with his bright red bow tie there for everyone to see.

"Oh, wow, ok... I have no idea where I belong, then," Charlotte shrugged. When she saw Emma staring at some strange-looking teacher, she asked, "Who's that? Do you know him?" She observed him for a while and found his ways a little... different. "He seems a bit weird... is he even a teacher?"

"H-he just looks familiar..." she said timidly she was blushing slightly, when she then noticed that they were making eye contact. She then hid her face as professor Mcgonagal walked up and started calling names, her name then came up. " Jackson, Emma!" she walked up and heard the hat talking in her head, 'Hmmm, very good worker.... not very intelligent though. Very brave, slightly cunning.... we will have to go with...' "GRYFFONDOR!"Emma walked over to the table and sat next to a black haired boy with glasses, she hoped that Charlotte would be in the same house as her...
